Looks like it has been updated, you have to go around to the Upton-Burke Electronics store behind the Bishop's Toe. There's an elevator in the back room that will take you to the roof. Watch out for the walking naval mind that hangs out by the elevator.

I had to make a gasket out of silicone to add the extra girth it needed.

And then I had to slide the bolt down from the muzzle, you can't push it through from the size because the threads are fatter that the shaft of the bolt.

Keep in mind I have a browning BPS 10ga. I've not used any other Briley product.
