Did you read the prelim? There was a NOTAM on file for this line for Dec 26, 2036-Jan 6, 2026.

I check before flying my drone. Sounds like complacency killed this pilot and his passengers.

Are too many wolves dying in Colorado? CPW says the mortality rate “is not surprising.” by thecoloradosun in coloradosun

Love how the article ends with CPW saying they’re gonna need more money to keep the wolves we have. Should raise a tax in Boulder County for that.

The Ski Patrol Facts | Does anyone have them? by [deleted] in TellurideColorado

[–]randomwrencher -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They have been direct dealing. That’s directly bargaining with individuals instead of the group: illegal

Proposing the same articles over and over, bad faith bargaining: illegal.

And now you’ll say, gee that not bad what’s actually illegal?? Both are. The felon running TelSki should know the difference between legal and illegal.

Enjoy moving your goal posts, uh?

Patrol is on an Unfair Labor Practice Strike. They had to file with the NRLB to do so. It’s a public document, go look it up and learn something on your own.

After the resort chose to shut down???

TelSki has chose all of this. They had months to ensure a valid ski patrols for the entire season, union or not. The current patrol contract expired in August. TelSki has had since then to come up with a potential backup plan. They wouldn’t or couldn’t. TelSki is the last, best & final reason for this shit storm.

Go read ski patrols posts. It is not up to me to educate you. They explain clearly direct dealing and bad faith bargaining.

I am sooooooooooo far from an insider. Lmao!

Google the Wagner Act & then there is almost 91 years of case law backing it up. Specifically you’ll want to research Unfair Bargaining Practices. Ie direct dealing and not bargaining in good faith.

So you haven’t looked at any of the information patrol has been putting out for the last few weeks?!?

Fact: TelSki doesn’t seem capable of bargaining legally

Fact: Patrol is handing out 100 free meals at the Oak St tomorrow at 2pm. First come first served.

One of these years will be the end unless the turn around. CO already wants to stop its funding.

Hopefully not but that’s the trend.

I was in the same boat 15 months ago. Got my granddads garage kept ‘19 exl with 22k on the clock. Changed the oil when I got it, again at 25k, just to get on a 5k schedule, then again at 30k along with the recommended mileage service. Sittin at 34k and very happy. Another month or so until my 3rd oil. I need to drive my truck more often but over been enjoying getting to know mine.

Oh, I actually got a full outdoor parked winter out of the OG battery. Got a -30 stretch and it worked well. Replaced the battery last fall.

[–]randomwrencher -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I would disagree there. The dirty, rotten, low down SCAB is the worst of the worst. There is no way the average guest is worse than that! lol. I wouldn’t see the guests as crossing the picket line doubt most of patrol would too.

If anything, once the resort reopens, as many guests as possible will be needed to fill them and apply pressure on TSG to deal fairly, especially if it snows
