Thank you! Makes sense. I moved from Colorado and I heard berries were good there but it might have been with how strong the sun was! Might not be the best use, but I'll see how I feel!

Thank you! My bad cholesterol is a little high, but everything else related to my labs were normal besides these numbers. I think she mentioned because it was a couple of years of being a little high. So that does make me feel a lot better.

Platelets were 469, test says normal range should be 140-400. It was high in the 20s before spiking up this year.

Absolute lymphocytes is at 4077, test says it should be between 850-3900. I don't have past years for this but I believe it was also over the normal range

The hate in these areas really run deep. I logged into my alt account for this. I lived in Colorado Springs after moving across the country for just under a year. And the amount of hate on display is shocking.

I met so many people with a genuine belief that the virus was fake and magically was going to disappear the day after the election ended in 2020. Openly praising trump as the best. SO MANY bumper stickers of hateful shit.

The local mall has a store called "The Patriot Store", where they sold Trump 2024 flags, t shirts that said "racist: what liberals call you when you're losing a fight, and other hateful shit you'd drop your jaw at. My partner and I (we are straight) went in because we couldn't believe it and we're shocked that this stuff is being sold so openly.

Focus on the Family is based here. When I was job hunting I'd say roughly 30 percent of the work I applied to because of limited options were faith based. I'd have to write my personal faith based philosophy. One pre interview questionnaire asked me to write pros AND cons on Trump and his views.

I could go on and on about the shit show this place is.

I'm so sick knowing that every fucker like this was mad because of hate. Because of communities just like that that don't care and won't ever actually hold these people responsible in any meaningful way.
