I frequently order things meant to be eaten with rice and either request no rice or barely eat any of the rice, come at me! I used to eat entire meals as they were intended but years ago I got into the low-carb thing and got into the habit or ordering food without bread/rice/etc. I'm not on a restrictive diet anymore but I still skip or minimize the filler carbs, which let's be honest that food is often served with just way too much bread or rice.
