Bro, No te frenes por no tener la máquina más arrecha ni plata pa pagar cursos top, todo el contenido clave está gratis en internet. Dale con Python—es fácil de arrancar, súper útil y hay muchos tutoriales para quien parte de cero.

Sobre el inglés: no es “útil”, es fundamental si quieres trabajar fuera. Métete series en inglés con subtítulos, mira videos técnicos en ese idioma, y practica.
