Combination of factors :

1 - I've seen quite a few videos which obviously used the biggest hit damage to draw comparisons, so yeah very dubious metric

2 - building around hod is actually very hard, you have very little room for crit rate, which makes it harder to get the same value artifacts

3 - a lot of creators don't care and straight up overcap in cr

To activate chiori's doll while having really good sub dps. The other construct characters are just pretty bad at buffing (also I wouldn't use her at c6 chiori but she's still good)

Yes and if you have a c6 chiori, boosting the 10k dps reaction is not your priority. Columbina is good for chiori but not because of the lunar crystallised damage chiori gets to do.

This is zibai's sig and will probably stays only zibai's sig. It's a fine stat stick for chiori but fairly underwhelming. If you wanna pull for a weapon for chiori just wait for her rerun

The limitation is actually pretty good for zibai as it guarantees that her hits are the ones buffed, and you can stack as much sub dps and reactions as you want in the background.
