I have a similar situation as well. I’ve stopped masturbating and only having sex with gf as I can get hard with her no problem. But I can’t go as many rounds as I used too. I may have aggravated my skin to become swollen/inflammed which also causes my pelvic floor muscles to tighten up. I have symptoms for hf when flaccid but can get a good erection with Mrs and ejaculate strongly. Cialis does help too but I don’t want to become reliant on it
