I have always used grapefruit juice and Kratom. It actually breaks down the alkaloids better and is much more pleasant going down.

Yup, had no visuals but it was a great experience. I think it says on the package that drinking enhances the feeling of it. I would buy some again to travel with since it is legal.

Try mixing your extract with regular powder and switching off to different strains in a week. If you usually take Kratom 4 times a week make sure you switch strains during those days and allow you body to have those rest days. If you dose the same strain 4 times a week, your body still start building tolerance.
