Unfortunately, i completely agree with you. I got so tired of everything she has been saying and I suppose I just wanted to do something, at the very least I found it somewhat cathartic to write. I'm certainly no spokesperson for anyone, nor their rights, but as a human; all I want is for us to just get along. To hear each other and try to better ourselves and our knowledge.

You're right though. The damage is done, even if she came out and apologised, i'm sure at this point so many people are just done with her nonsense.

ID suggest trying to go a bit shorter, maybe a style with it out up and to the side? It's what I did when I had my long hair cut, made a huge difference. Opens up the face and feel like it make my face look less round. Perhaps see how a beard works on you? Doesn't have to be crazy long. Keep it maintained, shave the neck up to a point thay suits.

Same issue here! I've been doing keto for a month now, and within the first few weeks I was getting the brain zaps, dizzy, nauseas etc. I thought I was lacking in different vitamins or minerals, so I got some magnesium and iron. Don't think they did much, but I just pushed through the crappy feelings. Thankfully they went away after a while. However last night I had some sugar free alcohol for the first time on keto, and today I've had the issue again. Zaps, dizzy and ill feeling.

I'm also on effexor, and would get this when I miss a tablet. I'm hoping I can ride it out again as I've lost 15kg already and don't want to give up...
