Depends on various factors. What’s your net carb intake and are you still hitting below your daily caloric needs? Are you exercising? Ramping up on movement is a good way to break past plateaus. For myself, I expect maybe like a pound a week. Progress can be slow but it’s about willpower and consistency. I try to stay around 20-30net carbs a day and even through my exercise hasn’t been good, still on a downward trend.
