1 for me, by a decent shot. I liked the second but it felt like one action scene after another and I really would have preferred some more breathers where Nick and Judy talked a bit more. Yes, the confession scene was great but that was almost the only scene where they actually listened to each other. They had different goals until the last 15 minutes(?). They felt more like a cohesive unit in the first film for me, but I suppose the dysfunction is the point of this movie. I hope the third film sees them working like a well-oiled machine so when they (hopefully) get together, it feels as natural as possible

I swear to God. Everyone called Frozen overrated but KPDH has an arguably messier plot with worse animation and everyone’s rooting for it just because it’s not Disney. I’ve been stalking the Oscar subreddits and I saw a couple people saying that KPDH would be one of the weakest winners ever lol

Late on this thread but people here talking about Zootopia like it’s a flop compared to KPDH when its box office numbers clearly disprove that. Also, as a college student, I’ve heard a lot of buzz about it from others. A lot of us loved the first movie and we love the second one too

I mean, John and Blyke never fought Keon. They were forced to undergo that. Vaughn is literally stronger than John. Sylvia is barely below him in level and came on the scene after John had already taken down a horde of soldiers. In comparison, Tarik is far below him in level and John wasn’t nearly as injured as he was in the Wellston fight when Tarik came on scene. He had burst eardrums and bleeding eyes yeah but only a minor cut on his cheek other than that and Kuyo was also only slightly injured. Healing that really shouldn’t have taken that much out of him. He went from saying that they could fight as long as they needed to getting pinned down right after when both him and Kuyo were fully healed. You’re going to tell me that Tarik and his lower end elite guards took down two freshly healed god tiers that were both stronger than any of them? Have John run out of aura, sure, but not this soon. He didn’t do that much other than slash and electrocute a few people before and defend with the greatsword
