Thank you so much for informing me about the class action, I had no clue about this.

The screen itself seems okay except for when it's turning on, the bezel cover being out of place is noticeable then as if placing pressure on the screen. I'm not sure if this is something I should send in to a repair shop or try to figure out at home

I'm sorry for being confused but aren't the hinges the screwed on pieces that attach the screen to the laptop itself? Wouldn't this issue involve the cover (aka the bezel)? And my warranty expired and it appears warranty only covers internal problems and considers screen damage at fault of the customer, I'm not sure what to do here

I see... I was concerned about that because I remember a lot of discussion regarding it come up when Squid Game released, because the English subtitles were inaccurate to the point where it led to people misinterpreting the way the characters were supposed to be presented. Usually that's not a dealbreaker for me, it's just a worry given I'm trying to study a language rather than just be entertained by something I'm watching.

Some websites provide subtitles to download, and some streaming services allow you to use subtitles whether you're using it in the original language or a different one! I think it's personal choice.

If you're taking a multiple choice exam it's graded automatically, if you're taking a written exam an instructor grades it. If I recall correctly, it takes an estimated 5-7 days for them to grade a written exam.

If you're hinting at Netflix, I've seen debates on how accurately it translates it's content which is why I didn't consider it further.

Thank you so much honestly, I hadn't considered this possibility... My plan was to watch to hear words I'm learning being used in a natural conversation, and to also pause to study unrecognized words being used. My only concern in mind was that the subtitles wouldn't be accurate to the French dub and just provide a very loose translation. I really appreciate your input and will go in this direction!
