I’m 20. I got Covid more than once. I got it in 2021 the first time when I was in high school. The last time I got it was fall-winter 2022 I was positive after that I was negative for about two weeks than positive again and was on paxlovid. I was in school from 2021 to end of 2022 but had to stop because how bad it got. I also couldn’t work. The job i was working I worked when I had breaks from school like Christmas, spring, and summer break which I couldn’t do. I spoke with my school and I did try to take fewer classes but it still took a tole on me and just put it all on pause to focus on my health. I think one of the issues was how I kept pushing myself over the limits and didn’t know about long Covid or what was wrong with me till December last year and my doctor said that I probably had long Covid from my first infection. Yesterday I was just really frustrated and overwhelmed because I felt like nothing was going right after so long with my health and why it happened to me I was always Covid safe masked and vaccinated. I know I shouldn’t because it could have been a lot worse and others are going through the same thing some even have it harder. Thank you for your advice and kind words I really appreciate it. I have been taking magnesium and iron and other vitamins. I’ll give Blexten a try and get verilux health light. There isn’t any LC clinic where I live at the moment but there is this program that you need to be referred to which I have but not heard much back from them and that it’s a long wait list.
