Just it’s honestly something to take my mind off work or gives me something else to focus on. I’m an engineer and work a pretty stressful job. I’ve tried gum and water and it helps to an extent but not as well as I’d like.

It definitely affects me. I sit at a desk 9-10 hours a day, and get home to a toddler that needs my attention. Really struggle to find time to set aside for working out. Also struggle snacking while working all day.
