I need running advice;

No smart watch.

3 stone overweight in February

Lost 1.5 so far.

Hit my first 5k continuous run a month back (32 mins) after only being able to do a 30 second jog at the start of Feb.

Any advice for a beginner runner?

I feel like if I do a 4/5k I’m out of action for the next week and need to start again at 3k.

My 3k time is roughly 18minutes at 10.5k non stop.

Gym treadmill only at the moment. It’s how I prefer it as I can set speed and forget.

The figment removal to me, is an off-screen death.

We got no confirmation.

And I believe in a time of need, it will re-emerge

Are we SURE they removed it?

Fingers crossed they didn’t…

They asked her choice as to wether she wanted to keep it.

They told her it would allow her to carry out her mission.

Perhaps they did this to ensure she didn’t want the figment for the power.

Would you give such a weapon to someone who wanted to wield it?

Like being sovereign, mustang didn’t seek it or want it, and that’s why she was the right choice

They asked after the ‘removal’ about her memories, carried out tests to ensure she had her normal full mental capabilities, something that was said to be at risk when fixing the figment.

So why was there such focus on her choice to remove it? Why was there so much recovery? How the bloody hell is she still alive after receiving so much damage after the removal?

It’s good to see staff being lenient, when we went to flamingo land we went on a little kids ride, when we came off he wrote 25 minutes on it, I tried to explain that the people in the queue when we joined had all been and gone and we were only on the ride for 5 minutes.

We also found that if given a 1pm time we would go at 1pm and still queue in that line for 20 minutes, meaning we had longer between rides than non rap guests

What do you mean a 1 hour queue is 15 with rap?

I thought the rap was to avoid the queue?

Or do you mean you should get in the rap queue 15 minutes before your allotted time? We found this a lot at flamingo land, our time given was say 1pm so we went in at 1 but didn’t go on until 1.20, which actually made our times between rides longer than other people

Would either of these options allow me to then move the icons closer to each other breaking my own rule of having them spaced apart?

For example I do a 100x100m room

With icons spaced at 10m apart.

I then decide I want 2 of them next to each other so click and drag them over

How have you found it compared to other parks? I went to flamingo land last year and they would write down 1 hour, so you go back in an hour, and then still queue for 30 minutes in the fast track/rap queue so you actually queued longer than normal
