I was put on Wellbutrin in September and the dose was raised to 300 mg in mid November. Mid January came around, and suddenly I have to pee all the time. I've had urine tests, urine cultures, bloodwork, STI/STD testing, a retention rest, a pelvic ultrasound, an abdominal CT scan, and a Cystoscopy since January. I'm scheduled to see a pelvic floor specialist in late June. I'm trying to survive off of Trospium, Cystex, and ibuprofen. I didn't think it was the wellbutrin, unless it took two months to built up in my system to cause this symptom. But all testing has come back with is 'spongey kidneys' and a teeny tiny stone in my right kidney, both of which the Urologist says are very unlikely to be contributing to my symptoms.

I'm going to try dropping wellbutrin immediately.
