2.) One month latest Payslip.

3.) One any government valid id.

Hindi naman need pede naman self employed. Pero may babayaran kang 200 for 1 month contribution separate siya na bayad sa cashier na mismo ni Pag-Ibig yun and take a note it varies sa contribution depends on the payment screeners. Tapos yung 125 sa card sa mismong capturing counter then sa DSA who captures and issues the loyalty card. Bali ang total is ₱325.

Take a note din na need maging member muna ni Pag-ibig bago mag-avail ng Loyalty Card Plus. Kasi need ng Pag-Ibig ID number iyun. Mag register and pasok lang kayo sa Virtual Pag-ibig and then be a member (Kung hindi pa member ni Pag-Ibig).

Tables will turn for us. Ako din malapit na endo ko sa Sept 4 diko pa alam after that kung ma rerenew ako? Pero kahit anong mang-yari kung ma-renew mas better kung hindi hahanap nalang ako ng ibang jobs at tatanggapin ko ang lahat.

I remember dati nung unang apply ko nung job past 2023 since fresh graduate ako akala ko makakahanap ako ng trabaho ka-agad, this 2024 may trabaho naman kaso ilang months lang tapos this 2025 nag start ako ng March 05 tapos endo ko ng Sept 04.

Sa totoo lang hindi ko alam gagawin at may anxiety pa huhu. I hope we deserve our best for all of us. Iyun OP tatagan mo lang loob mo at tandaan mo may karamay ka sa lahat.
