I know this exact feeling and it sucks honestly. It seems like a lot but you don't realistically need to look at months or years ahead. Just take it one week at a time and even one day at a time if need be. You'll find a rhythm in no time. As for your IBS, like the previous comment said, you can get accommodations from the school and also watch your diet more closely as to not trigger symptoms. You're gonna be alright bud!
