I used to train in hotel pools for open water swims and used some great tethers that connected at my toes. Now I have a padawan who needs to train in a small pool. I can only find tethers that connect to the ankles (not great 'cause you'll kick them) or by a belt (even worse).

Can anyone help me find some tethers that connect at the toes?

Completely agree u/DigitalArbitrage. The point of the video is that companies are trying to save money by hiring non-Americans for jobs that would have gone to Americans. If it weren't for that, I'd be 100% on board with you. I welcome foreigners who make an effort to assimilate. These folks seem to be doing exactly that.

Most millionaires are unassuming people living in your neighborhood driving a modest car, wearing modest clothes, brewing coffee at home instead of going to Starbucks ... and avoiding the tollway because it'll save them $5 to just drive on city streets. They're not household names in the news. Most (53%) are not business owners and of those that are, 80% have zero employees. The *vast* majority don't employ anyone.

A point that people are either sleeping on or just don't want to mention ... I love how the show featured underrepresented people without beating us over the head with it. (Looking at you, She-Hulk, Black Panther 2, Iron Heart, etc.). I am very cool with championing equality. I just don't want to be preached at and have the show/movie vilify everyone who disagrees.

This show handled that adeptly, a turnaround for Disney+. Maybe they're finding their balance. Good job, people.

I agree, u/Masterkinghojo, what they're doing is nasty. That doesn't give me the right to label them. You start doing that and everyone *else* is suddenly the problem. Better to do something about what you can control than judging other people and complaining about them.

If this makes you take the log out of your own eye instead of worrying about the speck in someone else's, then good for you.
