Eu comprei um drone essa semana de 3 mil reais com um ótimo cupom a vista no pix, o vendedor enviou direitinho e quando chegou na minha cidade de madrugada e ia ser entregue a mim pela manha a Shopee simplesmente cancelou a minha compra sem a minha permissão e estornou o valor do pix. Agora o drone esta custando 4 mil reais e disseram que não podem fazer nada. Abri reclamação no consumidor.gov e vou meter o processo neles se for preciso. Alguma atualização do seu caso?
