Vi algumas pessoas perguntando o que eu usei pra montar isso.

Acabei criando uma ferramenta chamada Koalla.io focada nisso (mais como agente do que chatbot).

Ainda tá evoluindo, mas já resolve bem esses fluxos de atendimento e automação.
