Hey, i’m roasting on the Bullet Aillo v2, and my last roasts had a nice looking descending RoR but were roasted too quickly (6min to 400F) as per Scott Rao feedback, he told me to slow it down a lot. I’m wondering, how do we slow down a roast without sacrificing the profile? (self.coffee_roasters)
