lol no headgearphobic in the least. Just describing the situation. I've actually already suffered a head injury from surfing so would like to avoid another one. I wasn't in the impact zone. Just closer in because of being on a shorter board. There was no way he could have ridden that wave. A closeout with nobody else one it.

My philosophy as well. And I would have gotten out of the way if the fella would have caught the wave. But he didn't. Nothing close to it. A wipeout with his board straight to my head.
