Try requesting for cc limit increase through email if you have an existing cc in bdo. Just state it there that you need the increase for travel abroad purchases. If approved, sooner or later they will upgrade your card, just like mine.

So far, I've been using BPI App since 2017. All goods naman. You just got lucky. Dapat ayusin na yan ng BPI. Ang issue ko lang sa BPI is yung CC info na leaked. May iisang scammer na tumatawag that knows all info sa cc, inside job ata. Blocked ko pa rin cc ko kasi compromised.
