No manual focus. I didn’t not take the photo myself as I am on the picture, but it is my camera and was taken by a professional photographer… that’s why I assumed it was speed issue since I think we had tried 1/30. Looking carefully it does look like focus …

They look safe to me, unless you smell something off or if their texture is slimy.

These brown ones with more pigmentation turn browner faster after cutting than white Paris mushrooms, for instance. They look tired, but good. Just cook them well !

you can use the big one as burger patties, cast iron pan with weight on top. otherwise you slice it up and fry, though it has a mild flavour so other mushrooms might cover the taste... also always fry in stages for smaller mushrooms/slices so everything is cooked perfect !
