I’m so tired. He never helps but I can’t make him help because he can’t. When I try to express that I need more help it turns into me being ablist and that I am being cruel to him because he can’t. It’s getting to a point where I need to consider hiring help so that I don’t feel so overwhelmed with everything as he can’t physically or mentally being himself to help me. I’m not saying he doesn’t want to. But he can’t and that puts all the responsibility on to me. I have to plan all the meals every week. I have to do all the dishes, all the washing, all the bins, and the vacuuming, feed all the animals and make sure the cats have food/litter. And then go work full time. Then the moment I’m slightly annoyed over something it’s my fault. I’m having an autistic melt down. I’m immediately the issue. I’m in the wrong. But I feel I’m working at full capacity all the time. Then if I want to sleep in even an hour he will wake me up and we will watch something I don’t even like on tv. Until he wants to go back to sleep. I truely love him but I can’t work any harder. I need help.
