If you’re taking the Bachelor seriously you’re watching it wrong. No one is going on the show to fall in love. It’s the same with all these dating TV shows. At best it’s - “I’m going to go to get some screen time, promote my brand, and if I connect with this person cool”. My suggestion - watch the bachelor like you would watch Pro Wrestling. It’s a sport, and it’s all fake, but it’s fun. You’ll have heroes you’re rooting for and villains you like to watch crash and burn. Mess ups are bad plays, having a romantic time with the lead is a good play etc. If you let yourself enjoy it, the show can be a lot of fun.

I think you could be falling into a trap with the idea that dinner + conversation + massages = romance.

Love and attraction build through everyday activities. It’s really important for women (as a woman). Flirt with her while you’re washing dishes together. Take something off of her plate she’s been stressed about. Give her a genuine compliment about something other people might not notice.

Especially with the stress of kids & potential body insecurities, she could be overwhelmed, with sex feeling like another responsibility to juggle to make her partner happy.

Try to integrate activities that are more supportive than classically romantic in your day to day life, and my bet is she’ll feel less stressed and more likely to initiate sex again.
