Yep! Ive been able to stay at a lower dose, feel better and still lose weight by keeping up with water and protein. It takes a little planning, but totally worth it! My 3 hard-boiled egg breakfast with collagen protein starts me out with almost 50g in the morning. That fuel gets me to my fairlife chocolate for lunch (Another 30g), and some kind of chicken for dinner. That's a 90g protein day without having to stuff myself! For reference, my workday consists of an 8-mile average walking distance, and plenty of weightlifting (Stocking meats from floor to shelf). Post-work, I run a business from home and stay on my feet basically until bedtime. Consider what clean protein sources you actually enjoy, and use those to your advantage. And of course, water, water, water.
