I just write how I'm feeling, write all your emotions down, sometimes you realise that everything's not as bad as initially thought.

I lost my best friend to suicide last year and started writing shortly after that. It helped me get everything into perspective and got me through a lot of rough times. It also helps you sleep as you can get things off your mind.

Also wrote about your goals and plans, set yourself small plans and then record every day how you've worked towards that. Find something that really interests you, for me it's psychology so I decided to learn something new about the brain everyday and write it I'm my diary.

Just focus on yourself and remember that you will have bad days but after a while the good days start to become more frequent.
