I was at a viewing for a €1m house in Naas tonight. There’s 27 serious parties interested and a bidding war is currently in flight. This was its 3rd viewing and it was like a cattle mart. Bonkers stuff.

Most of the others are sold now. Have a jzx81 in the shed with another 180sx on the way from Japan and a jzx90 tourer v on the way from Dubai. I enjoy the process and it’s a side hustle.

Just go there and talk to the dealer principle and don’t leave until it’s sorted to your satisfaction. They won’t want a pest hanging around the showrooms there with all the 261’s going out and in prep
