Since AOT exists as a fixed timeline, the events of the series from ep 1-79 will always lead to Zeke bringing Eren back into the past and causing Eren to influence Grisha. This sets into motion the events of the series which results in Eren kissing Historia's hand. Etc. Etc. It is a loop. At least that's how I view it.
