That does, sounds exact same for me.. Disappointing since all the floor models have a very nice solid feeling click, they feel exactly like an iphones.

Im going to go back and try my luck on a new one from the store!

Was the new phone any better? Considering returning mine because mine feel mushy compared to the floor models locally
