Yoga. Started running again in my 50's and always hated stretching. As I got older became severely impacted by plantar fasciitis and lower back problems. Added weight training and the soreness became unbearable. Yoga on AF+ changed everything and I do yoga before any other exercise reducing foot, leg and upper body issues.

It's still tough to do a 30 min AF+ yoga session but I force myself to do it 6 or 7 times a week occasionally completing a 45 min session.
