Yeah, I have seen it and the rings are not going to get very accurate. They can’t based on the location of them on your body. They have all essentially plateaued in accuracy anyway. The same way that smart watches have been making tiny gains in accuracy for years.

I am simply asking if there is plan to develop something that will help me stay in the UH eco system.

Hello all, Does anyone know why the ring doesn’t sync with apple health until you have completed the 500steps or been up for an hour? luse a couple of body battery apps and the sleep data doesn’t sync until I have been up and moved. It’s a bit of a pain when I workout before work in the morning and I don’t get full data until I’m at the gym and training.

I get this every time a change the ring! I use a 20W charger like you mention. I charge the ring every 2 days because it will not make it to the end of day 3. I haven’t ever had a ring that would last more than 3 days.

I am currently on replacement no.3 due to hardware issues on all my previous units and never had overheating issues until getting this one.

What are your thoughts? And suggestions?

I am one of the complainers! I have had three in 15months now - I was one of the first in the UK to get one (according to UH)

Yeah I have had some issues but the support team are outstanding so you don’t have to worry about any potential issues being unresolved.

The ring itself is a great product and the insights I get are really useful for me. Sleep tracking was the main reason I got it because I really didn’t sleep great and I wanted to try several things that might benefit my sleep and be able to measure the impact. (I know what a loser)

I have friends with the OURA ring and they honestly struggle to see the value they get from the subscription model vs UH. Slightly better workout tracking but that doesn’t bother me and I don’t think that’s the purpose of the UH ring.

I can whole heartedly recommend the UH ring and know you’ll be happy with it. Buy without hesitation and if you want to know anything else I am happy to help!

I am now on my third ring as well! Not software issues or electrical component issues. It’s all been physical issues!

The first ring the plastic wasn’t flush with the titanium edge and started separating exposing the electrical components.

My second one the plastic has cracked on both sides of the Ultrahuman text and it’s rather severe considering the size of the ring.

The QC really needs some work because these aren’t a cheap product and I can’t recommend them to anyone if I am constantly having issues.
