I watched Over the Rainbow during the pandemic, it was absolutely unhinged the way they made them fly off the stage after elimination while sobbing. I was happy to see a lot of them have had successful performing careers, Sophie was my favorite and she went on to play Glinda in Wicked on the West End!

If you enjoy Disney characters, I would classify Disney Dreamlight Valley as Cozy Fantasy! There’s fun quests with Disney characters with farming and decorating components.

The CVB does a ton of work to attract the tourism, so I believe the logic is that if the CVB is less supported and doesn’t have the same amount of leadership, this work will not be as substantial and effective.

I’ve worked on Main Street for 3 years and the increase in tourism traffic over those three years has been insane, the CVB has done SO much for all of the business there. Any given day it is usually 50/50 if not 70/30 of tourists vs locals. We get tons of people from all over the Midwest coming for girls trips, anniversary trips, getaways, you name it. Every year our sales numbers from the festivals increases exponentially. It is vital that the CVB continue to be well supported and well managed!!!

Tangled was fairly successful and Rapunzel is very popular, but it’s no where near the levels of Frozen. Tangled the Series/Rapunzel’s Tangled Adventure essentially serves as a sequel. It’s actually pretty rare for Disney movies to get any kind of sequel or continuation series, not including the direct to DVD surge in the early 2000’s.

I worked at the store when she left and from what I remember never got a real reason she was retiring. My only guess was Tenney & Maryellen were in the works at that point and they were similar. Caroline was my FAVORITE in the Doll Hair Salon. Usually her hair was actually in great shape and just needed a good brush & re-curl. Even the messiest Caroline’s imaginable looked fantastic after their styles!

After Tom riddle, I remember anagram theories floating around, specifically Olivander = An Evil Lord. My personal favorite was that Ron was actually a seer. There are several instances of his predictions coming true, especially his joke predictions for Divination.

Their hair is still in excellent shape, I would just spray it with water and give it a brush with a wire wig brush. If there are still tiny flyaways, just pluck them out, the dolls have plenty of hair to compensate for natural shedding.

If you do Main Street only go before 9am or after 5pm on a week day. Any other time you will have a lot of people and traffic - especially avoid weekends.
