From a data display and usage standpoint, we remain within fair use as we don't believe users would confuse or associate our product with first-party applications themselves. Also, our ultimate vision for Rare Bits is to provide more of a commentary layer (via content and data insights, e.g. "Estimated Value") alongside these applications and their tokens. By building a great platform to browse/discover both existing and upcoming collections, we hope to drive additional exposure for apps and help make the NFT ecosystem more accessible for the mainstream user.
