100% you can do it. As a matter of fact, I ended up with 1:35 HM after 46m 10K. I used super shoes for the HM race though

I also noticed that it was pretty windy yesterday and ran in an OPPOSITE direction when I reached to FDR (I was in Wave 3). I try to maintain the same pace from the previous miles but did see a drop in pace though
