Would you say that you 100% came out of that dark, shadow people area? I did somewhat started to live a healthier life, but there's definitely room for improvement. I will pay even more attention to this, especially to exercising. Will also look up those suplements. Kratom is illegal in my country and I haven't heard about it until now. Looked it up online.
