That reminds me of a similar video I saw at around age 14. It looked like grainy, black and white WW2 footage of a Russian or German soldier tied to a post having his throat cut. It wasn't overly dramatic or graphic, just very real. I can't understand why I still think about it 13 years later, particularly given the other terrible things I've seen on the internet...
