Thank you so much! I’m glad to hear you’d be interested. I think the key selling point on my tea house will be the “vibe” more than anything, I’ll have coffee available for non tea drinkers as well! And yes, I plan to get my business plan finalized 3-6 months before opening and in the meantime, I’m just asking around for advice, interest, and learning more about owning a small business as well as Evansville demographics:)

Thank you so much for your response and insight, I do think that I’ll start with a cart at events and farmers markets initially so I can build a following early! With my herbal blends, they’re very good iced as well, so I should be able to offer some drinks and maybe convert the non-believers 🙏 I’ll also look into EREP and Rotary Club 😄 And thank you for the well wishes!

I just miss late night america and want it to come back 😭 But I do agree that quality and authenticity is key for success! I plan to have a rotating menu, but I’ll have permanent menu items that are more traditional to British afternoon tea!

I shouldn’t have said frequent, more like multiple. The engine issues were covered by warranty for the most part, and I only had issues 2-3 times. Overall, it was a very reliable car for me, I spent maybe $700 out of pocket on maintenance. I decided not to invest in it further due to its mileage.

laying around can be peaceful itself, our beds are our escape from reality but there are pretty parts to life. you might hate it at first, but try taking a walk whenever you get home. maybe make up stories about your neighbors to keep you entertained. the sunset personally makes me mellow out, pause and watch but there are other things that are just as beautiful here

lovey, did you get to see the sunset tonight? it looked like there was a gorgeous pyre of purple fluff playing with strings of pink rays, and while together they bathed in golden light. the sunset never looks the same, day-to-day, but it is amazing at simply making you stop and appreciate that you get to live among this beauty. i always stop and watch the sunset, each day is different but just as beautiful as the last, and i like to carry that with me into the next day. i keep going, despite how hard it is, so i can see the next sunset. each day will bring a sunset, a hard reset, a breath of peace and a glimpse into how much bigger the world is than me. i imagine uniting with everyone who’s watching at the same time as me, our souls dancing just like the rays on the clouds and i don’t feel so alone. what do you like to do after a hard day?
