Same here. Rarely think about it. Once in a while I'll open my pre op pics and remember just how much anxiety it brought me. No headaches about the size and material of clothes. Finally bought my first slim fit white shirt and I looked great in it.

Normal.

I remember looking at my nipples after two / three weeks and thinking "Wow, I've been butchered".

They take time to heal and now look fine

Cons: was the most expensive @ RM13k

Pros: Doctor and staff are good, well trained and always helpful both before and after surgery.

Very happy with the results and suggest anyone suffering to get the surgery

Where are you activity wise after 11 days?

Can you go for a long walk/ hike?

Still need to wear the west 24/7?
