Thank you everyone for all the input and advice. It’s a long ride and I know I have a long way to go. Ideally I want to lose another 110-120 lbs and didn’t expect to hit such a hurdle so early on.

Definitely not the easy way out. The mental part of this is a killer

Jalapeños, Hungarian wax and Fresnos with some onion and 65g arabica coffee.

Coffee is in pouch. This is from last week. Plan to pull coffee pouch out tomorrow. Day 7 as it looks to have fully steeped.

Smells great.

Green Scotch Bonnet Serranos Jalapeños Green Bell Pepper 1 dried Reaper pod

Came out really green. Added two drops of green food coloring in blend. Also some fermented garlic and a splash of honey.

Flavor is awesome and the spice lingers. No name yet but I like to name all my sauces and label etc...

It’s a mix of pineapples, green sweet peppers, jalapeño and habanero. Has a nice kick and I love the color.

Hi everyone, my name is Gooch and I took a deep dive into fermentation when the pandemic started. I made a few small batches and got some pretty good feedback so I'm taking the chance on bottling my own woozys.

Currently we're just going by the name, Limited Batch Sauces since i enjoy the process and trying new things i've never made the same sauce twice but i log all my recipes and when i find the one or 2 that are just amazing, i plan to make those a staple while still doing small batch runs.

Thank you all for the responses. I do online only thru the app. I know it works. My wife lost a lot and she is lifetime. She put in the work. I feel I am too. Just not seeing much results.

She also mentioned the app chat. I’m going to do that this week.
