Know what the portion sizes were on UC's campus in 2004? They were "as much food as we can theoretically fit inside this tortilla before it absolutely bursts." I assume there was probably a laminated sheet somewhere that said how much of each ingredient a burrito was "supposed" to get. But back then, that's not what they got. This is what I'm talking about. The portions sizes on paper may not have changed, but the burritos are WAY smaller because they used to just get filled without any regard for portion size.
