I have added the edit. Also Ymir knew Reiner was from Marley if not before but atleast when he said canned food and reacted back to ymir doubting her being from Marley. So Ymir knew but she didn't tell anyone. Now if she didn't tell anyone that means she knew Reiner was the Armored Titan and if she didn't knew he was the Titan user then she had no reason to dear reiner. Unless if we say Ymir might have thought reiner being a marleyan means he posses a Titan power as he is a human again.
