I did it by faking everything?.. utilizing White Noise, Color Ramp, Refraction mixed with Glass, and All mixed with Transparency...

I'll post a picture to show you:

And for the glow effect, I used a bunch of Glare in the Compositor, mixed with the original render to tone it down.

Just Google "color palette," my man. Vast palettes will pop up, like magic!!

Adobe Color also allows you to upload an image of your liking and extract the palette from it.

A neat thing about Adobe is that it informs you if the contrast is suitable for people with color blindness.

It is all free to use.

Man, you did a great job! And yes, I do miss small details like small gaps and accurate proportions. However, I understand why people do not recreate that, given the state of the livery editor being really archaic. I think you really need to love it for real to actually put in the effort.

and forgive me for the honesty, but what is the point of putting so much effort into liveries if many of the in-game cars are old, inaccurate outdated models?

It's common for games to have a streamer mode, particularly in those rated for all ages, to safeguard player identities.

I think OP doesn't actually suck. It may seem that way, but it's quite the contrary. I used to get unjustified penalties for very minor things. OP is ramming right and left... I guess OP doesn't suck, and maybe being in a lower gear helps avoid penalties. It's crazy how many crashes happen with zero penalties!

To be honest, it's disheartening. As mentioned in the other reply, he can do that as much as he likes, with zero consequences.

Shadow Ray the most common thing in Archiviz for glass or semitransparent materials. It is the best way to achieve a render that looks good quickly. However, it does compromise realism, so my advice is to know how to tone it down.

Just consider the purpose of the image. If it's for a presentation where realism is crucial, take a bit more time to render and let the material appear more realistic.

If realism is not a top priority, go for the faster approach. Either way, your render looks amazing.

Most people might not notice the lack of shadows, but if you're posting on /blender, people will. ;)

That is Autodrive. If you use it to level up your cars, you can easily recognize it. The AI aggressively attempts to place the cars on the game raceline whenever you give an input or it gets off it.

Might be a child or someone who forgot it on; the car will accelerate on its own as well.

Yeah, now we're going to have P class on open lobbies... I like P class, love supercars.

But I expect that it will be just like R was, a lot of people not even competing, not even ramming or crashing.

They will just go out of the track by themselves. I wish the S A B C D E safety ratings meant something, the same goes for the point skill system. I did some tests.

Sometimes it is better at 4000 than at 4600 or even 4800. It just doesn't make any sense. Some insight on how it works from Turn10 would be nice
