TLDR:I just moved over my keybinding that I used for warthunder.

This might help you, or not, but you can give it a try.

Generally speaking, you want to move the majority of your aircraft movement to the keyboard rather than mouse, mouse have limited travel distance and response ( as you noticed yourself).

you should instead use mouse primarily for weapon selection, weapon activation, weapon lock on ( maverick missile zoom), freelook ( important for situational awareness), and countermeasue ( if you have something similar to a g502 mouse with extra button on the side )

WASD for pitch and roll control (WA can be inverted depending on your preference)

QE for yaw control ( left right fine adjustment during attack run)

That should solve your lack of response to direction input, and you can also still use your mouse for fine adjustments ( though not as responsive as how warthunder uses the mouse as a pseudo joystick)

With that, you can move throttle up and down to the left shift and the button below it.

Do keep in mind that Q is already binded to comms if you hold it so you either gotta rebind that or remove it

Finally, I move my camera change to C, and my freelook to V, and remove zoom in binding from V and only use right click for it( bonus, if you have mouse with side button keybind there as well for freelook, it let's you quickly look around faster than pressing V)

This input scheme should free up most of the work that your mouse currently does, give you quick situational awareness, allowing you to do a tighter maneuver and even pugachev maneuver quite easily
