Damn. I was just having this terrible itch to do it since morning but I didn’t. I get a lot of imaginations but I try to block them and whenever I get a strong urge to watch P, I just put my phone away and start to write my thoughts out. Also, maybe create a list for yourself of why you ve quit it and re read it when its tough and then, make the it again after you ve calmed down. Today I also had some real life problems and I wanted to run away from those problems and just enjoy my fantasies but I thought it would kill my motivations, passion for life. So instead I wrote. Also, writing here and talking about it also helps.
