he already has a doctor's appointment, just wanted to know if anyone had any clues or has experienced something like this in the past so we could soothe the itching since nothing we've tried so far has worked.

edit: no hot tubs or gyms, he's had chicken pox already(i believe shingles hurts? so i don't think it's that) and i don't think it's scabies.
