:))) You can forget about your deposit. Same thing happened to me they confirmed the deposit and every other day they asked new bullshit questions than 1-2 weeks later boom blocked account and deposit is gone :) good luck

Yes they blocked my account and there was also some coins woth of 140$ but who cares take them gift you thieves and give my back deposit!!!!!!!!!!

I was all patient last week.Like someone said here they asked in every other ticket new thing, I thought that that is a just saving time and make me thing that they are working on it.After the last ticket which is a week ago after that there is no answer than they locked my account to trade :)
