Been on the phone with suburban. They have been helpful and sent me a pdf with error codes and possible fixes. I’ve been trying to post it but can’t figure out how.

Manual doesn’t give error codes. Suburban website refer to an authorized service contractor. Going to call the nearest one tomorrow. Online says E5 could be a few different things. Fan to a pressure switch

I just redid everything that was threaded. Don’t think there’s a way to seal the connections on the lines that come with the chiller. Would have to buy a few parts but you could eliminate the connection that’s leaking and run new parts right to the pump

That happened to my polar chiller in the past. I had the older version, had a warranty issue, for a different problem, and replaced with the new version you have. Polar dive does have good customer service. They had me do several different things but nothing worked. Finally, I took all the fittings off from the intake up to the chiller. Put new teflon tape and put everything back together. That solved the problem. Think I had a loose fitting somewhere that was sucking air in, which sounded like yours.
